3月19日、厚生労働省から発表がございましたように、新型コロナウィルスの感染者は日本全体で現在約1000名、東京は約130人の感染者が確認されており、特に東京ではこの1週間で急増している傾向があります。今後、感染源が分からない患者が継続的に増加し全国に拡大すれば、どこかの地域を発端として爆発的な感染拡大を伴う大規模流行につながりかねない」とのコメントも出ており、予断を許さない状況が続いております。

当院ではこのような状況を踏まえ、次の症状がある方や条件に該当される方は
当院への来院を控えていただきますようお願いいたします。

（１）風邪の症状や37.5℃以上の発熱がある、または、直近2週間以内に同様の症状があった
（解熱剤を飲み続けなければならないときを含みます）

（２）熱や咳の症状の有無に関わらず、強いだるさ（倦怠感）や息苦しさ（呼吸困難）がある。

（３）罹患者が増加しているエリアへの渡航歴がある、または、罹患者と接触した可能性がある

また、上記のような症状がなく、通常通り来院いただく患者さまに置かれましても、
マスクの着用や、受付に設置しているアルコールでの手指消毒など感染予防へのご協力をお願いいたします。

患者さまのご協力へ感謝申し上げますとともに、一日も早い収束を願っております。

On March 19, Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare announced that there are currently about 1,000 infected people in Japan, and the number of the patients in Tokyo has been dramatically increasing.

Some experts say, “If the number of patients whose infection source is unknown increases, it may lead to a large-scale outbreak with an explosive spread (overshoot).”

We take this situation very seriously and decided to take a step forward to protect the safety and welfare of our patients and staff team.

We kindly but strongly request that those who have the following symptoms or those who meet the conditions should postpone coming to the clinic until cleared by your primary care physician.

• Have symptoms of a cold or fever of over 37.5 °C (or had these symptoms for the past 2 weeks）
• Feel listless or breathe with difficulty.
• Have a history of traveling abroad or may have contacted them

Please also understand that we will be screening all patients coming to the clinic to determine risk and advise appropriately.
